New Issue: Quantum Fuel Systems wraps $12.3 million private placement of units

Knoxville, Tenn., Sept. 8 - Quantum Fuel Systems Technologies Worldwide, Inc. said it settled a $12.3 million private placement of units.

The company sold units at $612 per unit. Each unit consists of one 1,000 common shares and a warrant for 100 shares. The warrant is exercisable at $0.85 for five years.

JP Turner & Co., LLC was the agent.

Quantum is an engineering company based in Irvine, Calif.
