Marbury Plaza reports $2.24 million net loss for March

Olympia, Wash., April 19 – MP PPH LLC reported a $2.24 million net loss for March on $656,201 gross income/sales, according to its monthly operating report filed Friday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Columbia.

The cash balance at the end of the month was $2.6 million.

The Melville, N.Y.-based single asset real estate company filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy on Aug. 31, 2023 under case number 23-00246.
