Multiversity plans €1.1 billion of notes in two tranches due 2031

Chicago, April 29 – Italy’s Multiversity SpA is in the market with a two-tranche bond offering (B) with Pachelbel Bidco SpA listed as the issuer, according to a document.

The company launched €1.1 billion of floating-rate notes and fixed-rate notes due 2031, with the tranches equal sizes.

Proceeds will be used to fund the acquisition by Pachelbel of Multiversity, to fund cash on the balance sheet and to pay fees and expenses.

Rome-based Multiversity operates an online university.
