Morgan Stanley Direct Lending offers notes via four bookrunners

Buffalo, N.Y., May 14 – Morgan Stanley Direct Lending Fund is marketing a Rule 144A and Regulation S note offering after holding fixed income investor calls and a presentation on Monday, according to information provided by a market source.

BNP Paribas Securities Corp., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, SMBC Nikko Securities America Inc. and Truist Securities Inc. are the bookrunners.

The financial services company is based in New York.
