New Issue: JPMorgan prices $375,000 autocallable accelerated barrier notes linked to US Tech+
Chicago, Feb. 20 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $375,000 of 0% autocallable accelerated barrier notes due Jan. 18, 2029 linked to the MerQube US Tech+ Vol Advantage index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be called automatically starting Jan. 16, 2025 and on any subsequent quarterly review date for one year if the index finishes above its initial level on the related review date. The call premium is an annualized 32% amount.
If the index gains the payout will be par plus 300% of the index return. Investors will receive par if the index declines but ends at or above its 50% barrier and they will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines if it finishes below the barrier level.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
