Mediobanca International repurchases $12 million of notes due 2024

Olympia, Wash., Sept. 4 – Mediobanca International (Luxembourg) SA repurchased $12 million of its $500 million fixed step-up rate notes due March 29, 2024 on Wednesday, according to a notice.

Following the repurchase, $412,624,000 of the notes remain outstanding.

The notes were issued under the issuer’s €40 billion euro medium-term note program.

Banca IMI SpA is the lead manager.

The issuer focuses on structured lending transactions and the related activities of buying and selling on the secondary market in Luxembourg.
