Columbus, Ohio, March 10 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC sold $6.92 million of 0% capped buffered return enhanced notes due April 9, 2021 linked to the MSCI EMU index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times any index gain, up to a maximum payout of par plus 12.7%
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 10% and will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 10%.
