McAfee to launch U.S. and euro term loan B repricing on Thursday

New York, Oct. 17 – McAfee LLC is scheduled to hold a lender call at 10:30 a.m. ET on Thursday to launch a repricing of its $2,851,013,910 senior secured term loan B and its €650,802,180 senior secured term loan B, according to a market source.

Morgan Stanley Senior Funding Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs Bank USA, Barclays, Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., RBC Capital Markets LLC, UBS Investment Bank and Mizuho Bank are the leads on the deal.

McAfee is a Santa Clara, Calif.-based cybersecurity company.
