MidOcean Credit CLO VI noteholders explore potential redemption

Chicago, April 12 – MidOcean Credit CLO VI/MidOcean Credit CLO VI LLC said some holders or beneficial owners of its secured notes are exploring a potential refinancing of all the notes.

The notes would potentially be redeemed from refinancing proceeds and other available funds, according to a notice.

Wells Fargo Bank, NA is the trustee.
