Mobilux markets €250 million six-year secured notes; initial talk low to mid 7% area

By Abigail W. Adams

Portland, Me., April 29 – Mobilux Finance SAS started a roadshow for a €250 million offering of six-year senior secured notes (expected B2/B+/BB-) with initial talk for a yield in the low to mid 7% area, according to a market source.

The notes are non-callable for two years.

The roadshow will run through Tuesday with pricing expected thereafter.

BNP Paribas Securities Corp. (lead left), BofA Securities Inc. and Credit Agricole CIB are joint global coordinators and physical bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S for life offering.

Barclays, Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, ING Financial Markets LLC, and RBC Capital Markets LLC are also joint bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used to fund the refinancing of Conforama’s state-guaranteed loan, fund a minority share buyback and pay accrued interest on outstanding debt.

Mobilux is a France-based furniture retailer.
