New Issue: Morgan Stanley sells $6.65 million buffered digital notes on Stoxx 50
Chicago, Feb. 12 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $6.65 million of 0% buffered digital notes due Nov. 10, 2021 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
If the index return is greater than negative 12.5%, the payout at maturity will be $1,129.10 per $1,000 principal amount of notes.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1429% for each 1% that the index declines beyond 12.5%.
