Olympia, Wash., Nov. 14 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $1.16 million of 0% jump securities with autocallable feature due Nov. 7, 2024 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
The notes will be automatically called at par plus a 9.25% call premium per year if the index closes at or above its initial level on any annual determination date, excluding the final determination date.
If the notes are not called and the final index level is greater than or equal to its initial level, the payout at maturity will be $1,462.50 per $1,000 of notes.
If the index falls by up to 20%, the payout will be par.
If the index falls by more than 20%, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 20%.
