Morgan Stanley plans market-linked notes due 2024 linked to S&P 500

Chicago, Jan. 25 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC plans to price 0% market-linked notes due Nov. 5, 2025 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain, with a maximum payout at maturity of $1,500 per $1,000 of notes.

If the index falls, the payout will be par.

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC is the agent.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

The notes will price on Jan. 28.

The Cusip number is 61768DZV0.
