New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $1.33 million buffered notes tied to S&P 500

Chicago, June 4 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $1.33 million of 0% buffered participation securities due May 30, 2023 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 25% and will be exposed to losses beyond the buffer.

The notes will be guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
