New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $1.8 million PLUS linked to S&P 500
New York, May 20 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $1.8 million of 0% PLUS due Sept. 6, 2023 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 300% of the index return, subject to a maximum return of par plus 18.65%. Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that it declines.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
