Morgan Stanley plans to price buffered PLUS linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF

New York, June 24 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC plans to price 0% buffered Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Jan. 3, 2024, linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the ETF return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 200% of the ETF return, subject to a maximum return of par plus 16.5%. Investors will receive par if the ETF declines by 10% or less and will lose 1% for every 1% that it declines beyond 10%.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

The Notes will price on June 30 and settle on July 6.
