New Issue: Morgan Stanley sells $1.81 million contingent income autocalls on S&P 500

Olympia, Wash., Feb. 20 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $1.81 million of contingent income autocallable securities due Feb. 17, 2022 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

The notes will pay a contingent semiannual coupon at an annual rate of 7.6% if the index closes at or above 85% of its initial level on the related observation date.

The notes will be called at par plus the contingent coupon if the index closes at or above its initial level on any semiannual determination date.

The payout at maturity will be par plus the final coupon unless the index finishes below the 85% downside threshold, in which case investors will be fully exposed to the index decline.
