New Issue: Missouri Public Buildings brings $100 million special obligation bonds

New York, May 4 – The Missouri Public Buildings Board sold $100 million of series 2016A special obligation bonds, according to a pricing sheet.
The bonds (Aa1/AA+) were sold competitively with BofA Merrill Lynch winning the bid at a 2.285492% true interest cost.
The bonds are due 2017 to 2036 with 3% to 4% coupons and yields from 0.55% to 3.04%.
Proceeds will be used to finance capital expenditures.
