New Issue: Morgan Stanley sells $2.16 million allocation notes on index basket

Morgantown, W.Va., May 10 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $2.16 million of 0% allocation securities due April 30, 2024 linked to a basket consisting of the S&P 500 index, the MSCI EAFE index and the MSCI Emerging Markets index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

The best performing index will be assigned a 70% weight in the basket, and the index with the second-best return will be given a 30% weight. The index with the lowest return will have no weighting.

The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus any basket gain.

Investors will be exposed to any losses.
