New Issue: IFC prices $28.33 million one-year Accelerated Return Notes on MSCI EM

Chicago, June 8 – International Finance Corp. priced $28.33 million of 0% Accelerated Return Notes due July 26, 2019 linked to the MSCI Emerging Markets index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus triple any index gain, up to a maximum return of 16.11%.
Investors will be exposed to any losses.
BofA Merrill Lynch is the underwriter.
