Buffalo, N.Y., Dec. 17 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $3.35 million of 0% capped airbag gears due Dec. 14, 2023 linked to the MSCI Emerging Markets index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times the index return, subject to a maximum gain of 38%. Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 10% and will lose 1.11111% for each 1% that the index may decline beyond 10%.
