Olympia, Wash., Dec. 24 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $949,000 of 0% digital equity notes due May 12, 2021 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the index finishes at or above 90% of its initial index level, the payout at maturity will be the threshold settlement amount of $1,093 per $1,000 of notes.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1111% for each 1% decline in the index beyond 10%.
