New Issue: JPMorgan sells $10.9 million capped buffered enhanced notes on MSCI EAFE

Columbus, Ohio, Feb. 21 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $10.9 million of 0% capped buffered enhanced participation equity notes due Feb. 18, 2021 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 3 times the index return, subject to a maximum settlement amount of $1,204 per $1,000 of notes. Investors will receive par if the index declines by 10% or less and will lose 1.1111% for every 1% that it declines beyond 10%.
