New Issue: TD Bank sells $2.87 million leveraged capped buffered notes on MSCI EAFE

Olympia, Wash., July 16 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $2.87 million of leveraged capped buffered notes due July 8, 2020 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 150% of the index return, subject to a maximum payment of $1,270 per $1,000 principal amount.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 15% and will lose 1.1765% for each 1% decline beyond 15%.
