TD Bank to price leveraged capped buffered notes on MSCI EAFE index

Olympia, Wash., July 9 – Toronto-Dominion Bank plans to price 0% leveraged capped buffered 23- to 26-month notes linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 150% of any index gain, up to a maximum settlement amount of $1,248.40 to $1,292.05 per $1,000 principal amount.
Investors will receive par if the index declines by 15% or less and will lose 1.1765% for each 1% decline beyond 15%.
The exact deal terms, including maturity date and cap, will be set at pricing.
