New Issue: JPMorgan sells $10.15 million capped buffer enhanced notes on MSCI EAFE

Chicago, April 26 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $10.15 million of capped buffered enhanced participation equity notes due June 18, 2020 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index finishes above its initial value, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.6 times the gain, up to a maximum settlement amount of $1,332 for each $1,000 principal amount.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 15% and will lose 1.1765% for each 1% decline beyond 15%.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
