New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $1.98 million leveraged buffered notes linked to MSCI EAFE

Morgantown, W.Va., June 1 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $1.98 million of 0% leveraged buffered notes due May 7, 2019 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 150% of any index gain, up to a maximum settlement amount of $1,229.80 for each $1,000 principal amount of notes.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 12.5% and will lose 1.1429% for each 1% index decline beyond 12.5%.
