New Issue: Deutsche prices $6.22 million capped leveraged notes tied to MSCI EAFE

New York, March 12 - Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch priced $6,216,000 of 0% capped leveraged index-linked notes due Sept. 15, 2015 tied to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.75 times the index return, subject to a maximum payment of $1,264.25 per $1,000 principal amount of notes.

Investors will share in any losses.
