New Issue: JPMorgan prices $10.25 million capped enhanced participation notes tied to MSCI EAFE

San Luis Obispo, Calif., Aug. 2 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $10.25 million of 0% capped enhanced participation equity notes due Aug. 5, 2015 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 300% of the index return, subject to a maximum settlement amount of $1,294 per $1,000 principal amount.
Investors will be fully exposed to any losses.
