JPMorgan plans capped return enhanced notes linked to MSCI EAFE

Chicago, June 4 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. plans to price 0% capped return enhanced notes due June 25, 2014 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus double any gain in the index, up to a maximum return of at least 22.1%. The exact cap will be set at pricing.

Investors will be exposed to any losses.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the underwriter.

The notes will price on June 7 and settle on June 12.

The Cusip number is 48126NDY0.
