Credit Suisse plans buffered enhanced notes linked to MSCI EAFE index

Chicago, Oct. 9 - Credit Suisse AG, Nassau Branch plans to price 0% buffered enhanced participation equity securities due in 22 to 25 months linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus double any index gain, up to an underlying return cap of 23% to 27%. The exact deal terms will be set at pricing.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 17.5% and will lose 1.2121212121% for each 1% decline beyond 17.5%.

The notes will price and settle in October.
