New Issue: Goldman Sachs prices $7.09 million 0% notes tied to MSCI EAFE for Svensk

Tacoma, Wash., Oct. 6 - AB Svensk Exportkredit priced $7.09 million of 0% equity index-linked notes due Oct. 5, 2012 linked to the MSCI EAFE index via underwriter Goldman, Sachs & Co., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 300% of any increase in the index, subject to a maximum return of 34.5%. Investors will be exposed to any decline in the index.
