New Issue: Scotia sells $1 million digital notes on MSCI EAFE

Columbus, Ohio, Feb. 13 – Bank of Nova Scotia priced $1 million of 0% digital notes due Aug. 12, 2024 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the final index level is greater than or equal to 85% of the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 12.95%.

If the final index level is less than the 85% buffer value, investors will lose 1.1765% for every 1% that the index declines by more than 15%.
