New Issue: TD Bank sells $492,000 leveraged capped buffered notes on MSCI EAFE

New York, March 16 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $492,000 of 0% leveraged capped buffered notes due Dec. 19, 2022 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 130% of the index return, capped at $1,221 per $1,000 of notes. If the index declines by 10% or less, the payout will be par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1111% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 10%.
