Los Angeles, Dec. 30 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $757,000 of 0% capped buffered enhanced participation equity notes due July 12, 2022 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the index finishes above its initial value, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.3 times the gain, with the payout capped at par plus 20.02%.
If the index finishes flat or declines by up to 10%, the payout will be par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1111% for every 1% index decline beyond 10%.
