New Issue: JPMorgan sells $2.06 million capped airbag gears linked to MSCI EAFE

New York, Sept. 25 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $2.06 million of 0% capped airbag gears due March 10, 2022 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times the index return, subject to a maximum gain of 15%. Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 12.25% and will lose 1.1396% for each 1% that the index may decline beyond 12.25%.
