New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $2.33 million digital buffered notes tied to MSCI EAFE

Chicago, July 17 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $2.33 million of 0% digital buffered notes due Jan. 12, 2022 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes at or above the 90% buffer level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the fixed payment of 11%.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1111% for each 1% decline beyond the 10% buffer.
