MPC Computers plan approved by all but nine voting creditors

Pittsburgh, Feb. 14 - MPC Computers, LLC's plan of liquidation was approved by all but nine voting creditors, according to a Monday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The one holder of the Gateway secured claim voted to accept the plan, as did 455 holders, or 98.06% in number, of $80.99 million in general unsecured claims, or 98.73% in amount.

Meanwhile, nine holders, or 1.94% in number, of $1.04 million, or 1.27% in amount, of general unsecured claims voted to reject it.

MPC provides enterprise internet technology hardware services to mid-sized businesses, government agencies and education organizations. The company filed for bankruptcy on Nov. 6, 2008. Its Chapter 11 case number is 08-12667.
