Morgan Stanley sets talk for offering of three-, 10-year senior notes

New York, Jan. 22 – Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc. announced plans to price an offering of senior notes (A3/BBB+/A) in three- and 10-year tranches, according to a market source.

The sale includes three-year notes talked in the Treasuries plus 150 basis points area and a three-year floater talked at the Libor equivalent to the fixed-rate tranche.

A 10-year tranche of notes is talked in the Treasuries plus low-200 bps area.

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC is the bookrunner.

The financial services company is based in New York City.
