New Issue: Morgan Stanley sells $16.45 million leveraged notes on Euro Stoxx 50

Columbus, Ohio, Aug. 10 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $16.45 million of 0% leveraged notes due Feb. 13, 2019 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 172.3% of the gain. Investors will be fully exposed to any index decline.
