New Issue: Morgan Stanley sells $51.42 million capped leveraged notes on S&P 500

Columbus, Ohio, July 6 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $51.42 million of 0% capped leveraged index-linked notes due July 5, 2019 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus triple the index gain, subject to a maximum payment of $1,215.10 per $1,000 of notes.
Investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline.
