New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $3.4 million market-linked notes on S&P 500, Stoxx 50

Chicago, March 3 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $3.4 million of 0% market-linked notes due Feb. 27, 2020 linked to a basket comprising the S&P 500 index and the Euro Stoxx 50 index, equally weighted, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus any basket gain, up to a maximum payment of $11.755 per note.
If the basket falls, the payout will be par.
