New Issue: Morgan Stanley sells $2.19 million PLUS linked to iShares MSCI Japan

Madison, Wis., May 29 – Morgan Stanley priced $2.19 million of 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due May 25, 2017 linked to the iShares MSCI Japan index fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the fund return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 150% of the fund return, subject to a maximum return of 20%. Investors will be exposed to any losses if the fund declines.
