Chicago, March 11 - Morgan Stanley priced $2 million of 0% return enhanced notes due March 11, 2015 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE index fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus double any gain in the fund, up to a maximum return of 42.84%.
Investors will share in any losses.
Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC is the agent, with J.P. Morgan Securities as dealer.
