New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $24 million equity-linked notes tied to S&P 500

San Diego, May 26 - Morgan Stanley priced $24 million of 0% equity-linked partial principal at risk securities due May 24, 2017 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus the index return.

Investors will receive a minimum of $9 per $10 security if the index falls.

Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc. is the agent.
