New Issue: Morgan Stanley upsizes nine-year floating-rate notes to $40 million

San Diego, Feb. 11 - Morgan Stanley priced an additional $23.53 million of senior floating-rate notes due Feb. 11, 2020, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

This brings the total issue size to $40 million. The original $16.47 million priced Feb. 8.

Interest is payable quarterly and will equal Libor plus 175 basis points, subject to a minimum interest rate of 3% and a maximum interest rate of 8.5% per year.

The payout at maturity will be par plus accrued interest.
