New York, March 3 - Morgan Stanley priced $5 million of 0% capped principal-protected notes due Jan. 7, 2016 linked to a basket holding the Dow Jones Industrial Average and the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets index fund, according to an FWP with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The index has a 70% weight in the basket, and the exchange-traded fund has a 30% weight.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10.00 plus the basket return, capped at $16.60.
For each basket component, the final level will be the average of its closing levels on each business day from Oct. 2, 2015 through Jan. 4, 2016.
