Morgan Stanley to price PLUS linked to iShares MSCI Emerging Markets

Chicago, Dec. 28 - Morgan Stanley plans to price 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Feb. 23, 2012 based on the performance of the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets index fund, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par of $10.00 plus triple any fund gain, up to a maximum payout of $11.30 to $11.70 per note.

Investors will be exposed to any losses.

The notes (Cusip 61759G182) will price on Jan. 25 and settle on Jan. 28.
