New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $1.91 million capital-protected notes linked to four indexes

Des Moines, Feb. 4 - Morgan Stanley priced $1.91 million of 0% capital protected notes due June 6, 2014 linked to an index basket, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The basket consists of the Dow Jones Euro Stoxx 50 index with a 30% weight, the Nikkei 225 index with a 30% weight, the S&P 500 index with a 30% weight and the Hang Seng index with a 10% weight.
At maturity, investors will receive par plus any gain on the basket. Investors will receive at least par.
