New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $1.65 million buffered autocallable jump securities on MSCI indexes
New York, Feb. 21 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $1.65 million of 0% buffered jump securities with autocallable feature due Feb. 14, 2028 linked to the MSCI EAFE index and the MSCI Emerging Markets index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The securities will be called automatically at a price of $1,300.00 per $1,000 principal amount if the closing level of each underlying index is greater than or equal to its initial level on Feb. 9, 2026.
If the worst performing index finishes above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 200% of that index’s return.
Investors will receive par if the worst performing index declines by 25% or less and will lose 1.3333% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines beyond 25%.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
